You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    3.    Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    4.    Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original one for a refund and place a new order.

    5.    Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
